HOW TO GET STARTED

STEP 1

Download the MULTIFITNESS APP and book your TRIAL session. You can also take a look at our memberships on our app to become a MultiWarrior today!

STEP 2

Once you book your first session it is mandatory that every newcomer arrive to the gym at least 15 minutes early so one of our team members can go over any injuries/health conditions you may have. From there we will make sure you are prepared and understand the structure of the workout.

STEP 3

After we guide you throughout your first session, we will discuss your goals, memberships and any other questions you may have.

How does MultiFitness work?

MultiFitness focus on the foundation. Making sure you are getting stronger, staying active and feeling like you conquered the day with a MultiFitness workout! MultiFitness is for all fitness levels and can help with toning the body, gaining muscle, mobility, building endurance and strength.

How do I start?

First let’s start off by downloading our MULTIFITNESS APP. There you will be able to see our entire schedule and book for your first free trial. Once you arrive to the Gym one of our staff members will welcome you to the gym, explain the structure to you and guide you throughout the entire workout.

What forms of payments are accepted?

Debit/credit cards only. Cash or third party apps like cash app, paypal etc. are not accepted.

How quickly can I see results?

Everyone has a different body and have different goals, it all depends on your eating habits, sleep patterns, genetics and overall consistency. With that being said results may vary.

What if I have an injury or need special modifications?

Our trainers are certified and will modify any workout for you as needed.
