How does MultiFitness work?

MultiFitness focus on the foundation. Making sure you are getting stronger, staying active and feeling like you conquered the day with a MultiFitness workout! MultiFitness is for all fitness levels and can help with toning the body, gaining muscle, mobility, building endurance and strength.

How do I start?

First let’s start off by tapping the GET STARTED tab to have one of our coaches reach out to you or you can go straight to our SCHEDULE and book a drop in session. Once you arrive to the Gym one of our staff members will welcome you to the gym, explain the structure to you and guide you throughout the entire workout.

How much does training cost?

Because we having a variety of packages, we start off by assessing what is best for each individual prospect. Therefore prices are disclosed in person during the consultation or after the first session.

What forms of payments are accepted?

Debit/credit cards only, no cash or third party merchant accounts are accepted.

How quickly can I see results?

Everyone is different and have different goals, it all depends on your eating habits, sleep patterns, genetics and overall consistency. With that being said results may vary.

What if I have an injury or need special modifications?

Please book your consultation and we can discuss what’s best for each individual need.
