MULTIFITNESS MEMBERSHIP FREEZE REQUEST

Membership Freeze Policies

Please keep these policies in mind when initiating your freeze:

  • Minimum Duration: The freeze must last at least 14 days.

  • Start Date: Your Freeze Start Date must be at least 3 days from today, and you must provide a Freeze End Date.

  • Please Note: You may place your membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to two (2) consecutive months each time. 30 days must elapse between holds.

  • Billing: If your Freeze Start Date is on or after your next billing date, your membership fees will be processed as usual. However, the freeze will save any remaining days/credits and shift your future billing dates accordingly.

  • Changes During Freeze: You cannot upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership while it is frozen. Frozen days do not count toward the 3-day cancellation notice policy.

  • Resume Date: Your membership will automatically resume on the Freeze End Date unless you submit another freeze request.

  • Please Note: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to two (2) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (3) business days is required. The hold must be 14 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds.
